Clients come to me looking for a provider who understands there is not one pathway to becoming overwhelmed by mental illness and the journey to wellness is not one size fits all. Sessions with me may involve exploring your dark moments to understand the root of your difficulties, but I promise to be present, to reach you where you are and help you move towards lighter days. Judgment does not belong in mental health treatment. We will go at your pace towards recovery, never pushing you to a place you don’t feel ready to be.

As an experienced mental health nurse practitioner, I believe that you have the strength and courage to overcome your mental illness with the right support.
