Laptops and desktops work best.

How do I select the right counselor for me?
Counselors are looking to be matched with ideal clients just like you! Our profile pages are targeted to speak directly to clients with whom we love to work. Or ask us (call/text/email), and we will have the recommended counselor connect with you however you prefer.
I'm unsure if online counseling is suitable for me. I think I'd prefer in-person sessions but am curious about telehealth therapy. Can I try it for free?

Absolutely! We understand that choosing the right counseling format is important. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, available both in-person and through telehealth. This allows us to briefly discuss your concerns and determine if we can effectively work together, giving you a chance to experience our services before making a commitment.

Are you hiring new counselors?

We are adding to our team and expanding to other states please visit our careers page for more information.

Do people cry in therapy?
Yes, buy stock in tissues.
How long will I be in therapy?

Depends. Most clients feel better the second they schedule the first appointment.

Typically, clients make progress and feel better after 8-12 sessions.

Most therapy is NOT long-term, meaning less than a year.

Is there anyone you won’t see?
Yes, clients who are assessed to be high-risk will be referred to a higher level of care.
What can a therapist do?
We have seen miracles, complete life transformations, and total mental health recovery for the majority of clients who have worked with us over the years.
How will I know if my therapist is right for me?

Usually, you can tell by the end of the first appointment.

We will discuss how we can work together in the first three sessions.

What is coaching?

Coaching is different from counseling, because the goals are more objectives – and clients are not seeking to recover their mental health.

Coaching also can be done once a client “graduates” and achieves their mental health goals.

Is our work confidential? What are counselors legally mandated to report?

Yes, what you say is confidential.

The limits of confidentiality are outlined in our privacy practices, and counselors can answer questions about this before or during treatment.

If you or someone you know threatens to kill/hurt someone else or yourself, or if you know of someone who is in danger of killing/hurting themselves or someone else, then we are required to report this.

Safety in our community is the priority.
