About Angela Williams

About my approach (style) to therapy…

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This training allows me to support clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, low motivation, low self-esteem, trauma, and an overwhelming move to a place of healing, clarity and confidence.

I use an integrative approach to therapy and empower clients to heal from old wounds, resolve trauma, and feel they are finally able to relax, feel confident, and reach the goals that they have set for themselves! I am so thankful for the opportunity to help others heal, grow, and change.

My diverse background and training help me serve clients well.

My education includes a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with non-judgmental therapy full of support, humor, healing, and understanding. I have over 12 years experience in supporting clients of all ages, genders and walks of life with their growth and healing journeys.

About my work (ideal clients)

As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with non-judgmental therapy full of support, humor, healing, and understanding. Let’s work together to focus on your strengths and achieve your goals!

I serve adults and help clients eliminate panic attacks, get clear on their next steps in life, and resolve old wounds that still impact life today.

A Little About Me…

I enjoy spending time with my family and have an energetic dog that keeps me busy! I am passionate about self care and am always looking for ways to incorporate this in life. I love traveling and finding ways to relax such as reading, massage, and spending time outdoors. You can usually find me at the beach, soaking up the sun, and playing in the ocean!
