I believe in a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. My style is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can freely explore their thoughts and feelings. I integrate a recovery-oriented perspective, focusing on resilience, and highlight each client’s strengths with the belief that healing is achievable. I employ techniques such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Training, tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. As an IFS-informed practitioner, I also help clients connect deeply with themselves, fostering an internal sense of harmony and understanding.
