These elements can impact markers of health such as stress, weight, and energy levels. The relationship between food and lifestyle and how they both affect one’s health is the primary focus.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am here to support and help you learn how to nourish yourself, not just with food, but in all areas of your life to create a better balance. Our health is based on both genetics and lifestyle choices. Many will be surprised to learn that our genetic makeup contributes to only 20 to 30% of the chronic diseases that exist in our bodies; and that up to 70% of those diseases are directly related to lifestyle choices.
I have extensive experience and a specific interest in working with those who suffer with emotional eating issues. It would be my joy to be part of your wellness journey and help you achieve a healthier you. Together we can work on creating a healthier lifestyle to prevent chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer, and Alzheimer’s that are all caused by chronic inflammation.
