About My Approach (Style) to Therapy…

Behavioral, Family Systems, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe that all behavior has a purpose, shaped over time by learned experiences, and can be changed by addressing its root cause, which is why I incorporate Behavioral Therapy to help clients “re-learn” and modify their responses. I also use the Family Systems approach, focusing on the individual’s relationships within their family or support network, as I find that many issues are rooted in family dynamics. Lastly, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows me to explore how thoughts influence behaviors, helping clients reframe their thinking to create lasting change. By blending these approaches, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
