About My Approach…

My coaching approach centers on creating a compassionate and safe environment where clients can explore their experiences and challenges, particularly around fertility and loss. I focus on harnessing their strengths to set meaningful goals, employing mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety and promote presence. By providing tailored support and evidence-based strategies, I empower clients to navigate their unique journeys, encouraging connection and self-care. Committed to ongoing growth, I adapt my methods to best serve each individual, celebrating their progress and fostering resilience as they work toward a fulfilling future.

About My Background and Training…

As a compassionate and seasoned school counselor and coach, I specialize in addressing fertility challenges, pregnancy and infant loss, NICU experiences, and providing support to healthcare workers, educators, and children with reserved or mildly anxious temperaments. Holding a Master of Science degree and certification as a National Certified Counselor, I utilize a unique, empathetic approach that empowers clients to stay present and create a future they can take pride in.

About My Work (Ideal Clients)…

Alongside my practice, I volunteer with Neural Education, a nonprofit focused on improving educational strategies through a neurological perspective. I co-authored an article for the American School Counselor Association and received the Young Alumna of the Year award from my undergraduate institution. Additionally, I’ve shared my insights and experiences in various podcast appearances. My goal is to serve as a beacon of hope and support for individuals navigating life transitions, fertility challenges, and personal struggles, helping them embrace their potential and build a brighter future.

About Me (Personal Interests)…

My journey has been profoundly influenced by my personal experiences, including pregnancy losses, stillbirth, and the loss of my daughter after a year in the NICU. These challenges have given me a deep understanding of resilience and the ability to find silver linings in tough situations. I am passionate about guiding others through their own difficult times with kindness and hope. Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband and our rescue dog in western Connecticut. I also enjoy reading, crafting, practicing Pilates, and spending quality moments with loved ones.
