About My Background and Training…

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in both California and New York. I have completed specialized training in Bariatric Science and earned National Board Certification from the American Board of Bariatric Counselors, along with an academic scholarship in recognition of my dedication to the field. Being bilingual and raised in a multicultural environment has given me the ability to connect deeply with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over a decade of experience in oral health care, I have developed a strong focus on patient-centered support. This, combined with my multicultural perspective, enables me to offer a holistic and compassionate approach to health and wellness.
My specialized training in Bariatric Science and cultural understanding aligns with advancing best practices in the care, treatment, and prevention of obesity and related conditions.

About My Work (Ideal Clients)…

My work involves walking alongside individuals seeking guidance and supporting them as they navigate internal challenges and work toward their personal goals. These goals may include weight loss, navigating life transitions, dealing with uncertainty, coping with grief and loss, or celebrating new beginnings.

About Me (Personal Interests)…

I enjoy walking on the beach, reading, writing, exploring arts and crafts, and delving into the fascinating world of the human mind and behavior. Spending quality time with my family and friends is especially meaningful to me, particularly with my husband, our 8-year-old daughter, and our 6-year-old son. Soccer is a favorite sport to play and watch in my household.
