I provide client-centered therapy, so that the client’s goals are met. I will do my best to foster a trusting and supportive relationship.

About my background and training…

I did my undergraduate work at Texas A & M University where I earned a BS in Computer Science. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. With my diverse education I can address a variety of issues. I look through the perspective of my clients to better understand the issues they face to help them improve their psychological mental health through a strong therapeutic relationship. I have experience helping my clients with suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, career change, and life transitions.

My ideal clients are 18+ dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment, self image, and life transitions.
